BACnet-KNX Configuration
Configuration procedure
Before your start, download and install the Anybus Configuration Manager (MAPS) software available under "Files and Documentation".
Start your own project from the scratch, or...
Use a pre-defined template for your project.
BACnet Configuration
Enter the general configuration settings like device name or device ID
Select the mode: BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP
Enter advanced configuration settings like Notification Classes, Calendars, Schedules, etc...
Modbus Configuration
Select the mode: Modbus RTU Master, Modbus TCP Client or both.
Enter the general configuration settings like baudrate or parity for Modbus RTU.
Define slave devices with their name and ID for RTU and their IP address and port for Modbus TCP.
Signal Mapping
Select the read/write functions, datatype and register number on the Modbus side.
Select the BACnet object or KNX datatype and group ID on the building automation protocol.
Map both signals together.
Diagnostics
View all event logs on the console.
See all telegrams on both networks.
View all signal values and force changes.
Save all data into a log file and send it to us if you need support!
