Auto-detect M-bus devices

By selecting the "Meter" tab in the web interface, this automatically scans the Modbus TCP network and discovers and adds the connected M-Bus devices. Since you can connect 20 or 80 M-Bus devices to one gateway, this eliminates the manual adding of devices and saves the system integrator a lot of time.
