by User Not Found | Apr 26, 2019
Anybus CompactCom 40-series is now supporting CANopen in both module and brick formats.

Anybus CompactCom M30 CANopenThe Anybus CompactCom 40-series now supports connectivity to CANopen.

This popular fieldbus network was previously available in the CompactCom 30-series, but now comes with the higher performance of the CompactCom 40-series in order to ensure continuous support and long term availability for CANopen within the Anybus product offer.

In addition to strategic and commercial aspects, of course there are technical improvements as well. Among them the new CANopen CompactCom 40-series gives you the ability to map more process data than before. The new version gives you up to 64 TPDO’s & 64 RPDO’s, which corresponds to a total of 512 bytes of process data in each direction. Also, up to 57343 ADIs can be accessed from the network as Manufacturer Specific Objects and profile specific objects.
