The HMS Head Office in Sweden provides Technical Support on a global basis. Technical support for USA, Canada & Mexico is provided by the North American Office. Germany, Austria & Switzerland via the German Office and finally Japan & China repectively by the local HMS office.

A second level of support is also provided by Anybus distributors located in 30 countries worldwide.
