The Anybus X-gateway copies I/O-data in both directions thus enabling data exchange between the two networks. Default I/O configuration is 20 bytes Input and 20 bytes Output. Changing default settings is very simple and is carried out using the RS232 configuration port and a standard terminal interface on a PC, such as Hyper Terminal for Windows.The AS-Interface Master for the Anybus X-gateway implements an extended AS-Interface master (M4), and complies to version 3.0 of the AS-I Complete Specification.It supports up to 62 slaves with a maximum of 248 digital input and 186 output signals. It also supports 124 analog values. All standard services are available including detailed diagnostics....
