Anybus products supporting only Serial RS232 and RS485/422 consist of an Embedded Interfaces and Gateways. Embedded products are designed for OEM integration which enables their products to support RS232/422/485 or any other network. The Gateways provide connectivity between a serial sub-network and any Fieldbus/Ethernet network.
