Ethernet/IP master/scanner PCI Interface

The Anybus PCI Ethernet master/scanner interface allows easy implementation of an 10/100Mbit Ethernet IP Scanner interface into devices with a PCI slot, such as Industrial PCs etc.
The card has an on board protocol controller that takes care of all protocol execution and thus unloads the host device. The module supports up to 64 adapters (slaves). Configuration of the Ethernet IP network is done via an external configuration tool such as RS-Networx.

The module also supports IT functionality such as a WebServer for creating Dynamic Webpages which include reading & writing of process data, Email sending and FTP for downloading of user webpages.

It comes with driver support for the 3S soft-PLC program. If you want to develop your own Windows applications this is made easy using the Anybus API driver package (Anybus Transport Provider). This offers a standardized dll API with simple functions for card initialization and process data exchange.
