Anybus-S Drive Profiles
This high performance DeviceNet Slave with inbulit AC/DC drive profile provides instant connectivity to the DeviceNet network. The module conforms with DeviceNet 2.0 and is available with a parallel DPRAM interface, or an asynchronous TTL based serial Tx/Rx line. Baud rate and MAC ID can be set via on-board DIP switches, with a variety of different types of switches and connectors available. The DPRAM version supports both parallel and serial interfaces.
The ABSDP Development Tool for Windows is used to configure the Profile Server in the module. It enables customer specific settings, vendor name, device name and parameter configuration. The tool will also generate the necessary EDS-file for fieldbus network configuration.
