From Copenhagen Airport by train
When you arrive at the arrival hall after baggage claims, you walk straight for 50 meters where you find the escalator down to the tracks. The train is for Malmö and Göteborg. Before you take the escalator down to the tracks you can pick up your tickets in the machine which says SJ.

When in Halmstad: HMS is located on the same side as the central station. Just follow the tracks 100 meters or so until you see our large glass building.

From Copenhagen/Malmö by car
From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) follow signs for Malmö Sweden. This will take you over the Öresunds Toll Bridge, into Sweden and heading north towards Malmö. Follow signs for E6 motorway Gothenburg (Göteborg). Halmstad is situated off the E6 about 130km north of Malmö. When approaching Halmstad take Exit (Halmstad South). After taking this exit you then need to turn right onto (Laholmsvägen) the main road into the center of Halmstad. Follow this road and signs to the centralstation. After about 2 km you will drive through an underpass, after that you should take the next street to the right (Kungsgatan), and then immediately to the right again so that you will cross over the same underpass as you just went under. Turn left onto Stationsgatan. After the centralstation which you can see on the left side, you will find HMS in a large glass building on the left side.

From Gothenburg by car
Head south and follow signs for E6 motorway Malmö. Halmstad is situated off the E6 about 130km south of Gothenburg. When approaching Halmstad take the 3rd Halmstad Exit (Halmstad South). After taking this exit you then need to turn left onto (Laholmsvägen) the main road into the center of Halmstad. After taking this exit you then need to turn right onto (Laholmsvägen) the main road into the center of Halmstad. Follow this road and signs to the centralstation. After about 2 km you will drive through an underpass, after that you should take the next street to the right (Kungsgatan), and then immediately to the right again so that you will cross over the same underpass as you just went under.

Turn left onto Stationsgatan. After the centralstation which you can see on the left side, you will find HMS in a large glass building on the left side.

Hotels near HMS: Hotel Continental and Grand Hotel are very near HMS and the central station. It is only a 5 minute walk to HMS from both hotels.
